Can I return an item and get a refund?
For any items that are not personalised yes of course you can return. There are a few things to be aware of...
- Please contact us first to arrange the return
- The item must be returned within 14 days of you receiving
- The item must still be in perfect condition, and arrive back to me as such
- You are responsible for return postage cost
Once received and all is well I will issue a refund via your original payment method.
Sorry, personalised prints are non-refundable.
My print has arrived damaged - what can I do?
This is an extremely rare event so we treat these on a case by case basis to work out the best solution for you - so please contact us to discuss,
Can I change my order?
We'll do our best to accommodate so get in contact as soon as possible! If the print is ready and packaged it might be too late though!
